| Stats are down for upgrades! |
 Good news and bad news...
The bad news is, the [AP] stats will be unavailable for an undetermined amount of time. The good news, of course, is that the stats are in the process of being upgraded from Psychostats version 3.0.8 to the final release of version 3.1.0, which includes several nice upgrades! Please be patient while our server hosts go through the process of completely reinstalling the stats. Also, please be aware that there is a risk that the stats will have to be completely reset at the outset of this update. For some, this is a very joyous occasion, and rest assured, they won't come often. We hope you enjoy the improvements we are making to the server stats. |

| AP3 Server Stats are back! |
I didn't want to roll the stats out before I felt they were ready, but demand for server stats seems to be on the rise, so I'm going to go ahead and release the stats as they are now and I will finish setting them up in the coming week. Keep in mind that these stats have been running in the background since 11/25/07. I apologize that the stats have been down during this period of time, but I needed enough time to test the stats to make sure that they were stable before I went public. As of right now, we have just over 2 months of historical stats data to build upon. Once I finish customizing and preparing the stats, I will be clearing them out and starting everyone over at zero, as requested in the past. The old stats will be provided as archived stats and will no longer be functional due to the various issues we had with them in the past.

AP3 Stats
If all goes well with the AP3 Stats, I will work on rolling out stats for AP4 as soon as possible. Please, take your time and look around the new stats page. Be sure to try registering your Steam ID. If you have any trouble with this new feature, contact BuMHeD for help. Enjoy! |

| Servers back online |
 AP3 and AP4 have been restored as much as possible. Please test them by playing them hard this week, and report any and all concerns to BuMHeD as soon as possible.

| AP3 & AP4 Down For The Count |
As is evident by now, the AP3 and AP4 servers have been down in excess of 48 hours. Last week, the hosting center experienced a failure of their primary RAID controller, which caused a corruption of the drives that were storing all of the information for our gaming servers. Consequently, only a fraction of the information that makes up the servers was recoverable, and BuMHeD is working diligently to rebuild the servers and get them operational once more. Please be patient as we work with the hosts to recover our beloved bubblemod servers. Fortunately, this downtime will equate to a credit on our account, which should buy us as much as an additional month of hosting.
We hope to have operational servers up by Tuesday morning, but please bear with us if you experience problems with server quality. As you can imagine, three years worth of tweaking and adjusting has been lost in this unfortunate event. We will do the best we can to get the servers back the way we remember them. |

 [AP] has the pleasure of welcoming a most enthusiastic new member. Some of you may have known him for a time as [umL]M.Focker, a player whose experience in the game of Half-Life stretches back before the existence of [AP]. Nowadays, you'll see him roaming around the servers with his new title:

| Stats bug fixed - Thanks Gerome! |
 The [AP] Staff would like to send out a big "Thank you!" to our buddy, [AP]gerome, for helping identify and eradicate a very nasty security weakness in our server stats. Apparently, somebody was inserting malicious SQL entries into our database, creating false kill and death values that were drastically altering a certain player's score. This player has been identified, banned, and had his stats entry since removed. To anybody else that may have noticed this discrepancy, we apologize for the inconvenience. Anybody who is aware of such security holes is urged to contact us immediately so that we may plug them up and further provide a reliable and fun gaming environment for everybody! |

| Server Updates |
Today, all 3 servers received a thorough update that should bring them up to speed with all of the client updates that have been launched through Steam this past month. The anticipation leading up to the release of Portal and Half-Life 2: Episode 2 has resulted in a great deal of client patches. The servers are now updated to the latest version, hopefully resolving any outstanding technical issues. If anybody has trouble connecting to the server, please report them on the forums.

At first, you might be asking yourself "Who's this 'Kazz' fella anyway?" Well, little did you realize that it's actually former [EFL] member, A$$a$$in. It didn't take this charming gentleman long to realize that there is only room enough for one [AP]Ass@ssin, and that spot is taken by our Grand Poobah, Dudley. Not to be deterred, he has since changed his alias to Kazz, and now can be seen head-hunting in AP3 from time to time.
